The data we work with

In the course of managing Amazon advertising for the publishing portfolios we work with, we access advertising performance data (such as impressions, clicks, spend, and sales metrics) through the Amazon Advertising API. This data relates to advertising campaigns and product performance. We use it solely to manage and optimise those advertising campaigns. We do not collect, process, sell, or share the personal data of third parties through this activity.

Website data

This website is informational. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send (such as your email address and message) and use it only to respond to you. This website does not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Storage and security

Advertising performance data is stored in private, access-controlled systems and used only for the purposes described above. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect it.

Security & Incident Response

Incident Response Plan — Inkwise Consulting Ltd

Scope. This plan applies to the systems Inkwise Consulting Ltd operates for programmatic management of Amazon Ads campaigns via the Amazon Ads API. These systems process advertising performance data only; no Amazon customer personal information is accessed or stored.

1. Detection & monitoring. Account and API activity is monitored daily. Indicators such as unauthorized access, credential exposure, or unexpected API activity trigger this plan immediately.
2. Containment. Affected credentials (API client credentials and access/refresh tokens) are revoked and rotated immediately, and the affected integration is suspended pending investigation.
3. Assessment. We determine the scope of the incident, the data affected, and the root cause before restoring normal operation.
4. Notification. Security incidents affecting Amazon Advertising data or credentials are reported to Amazon promptly upon detection, within the timeframes required by the Amazon Ads Data Protection Policy. Where required by applicable law (including GDPR), the relevant supervisory authorities are notified within the statutory deadlines.
5. Recovery. Systems are restored from a known-good state, all secrets are rotated, and access is re-verified before normal operation resumes.
6. Post-incident review. Every incident concludes with a documented root-cause analysis and corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
